Rear Garden Renovation Before A picture of the Clients garden before the renovation. In the middle of this picture you can see the stepping stones before I dug them out and cleaned them. Stepping Stones Before Above you can see what was visible of the patio stones before. In the picture above I have already cut back the overgrown grass covering the stones to reveal the whole stone. New Project! Assisting a client clear some land for sale to housing developers	Deconstructing the Poly-tunnel Client had a poly-tunnel for fruit and veg, first task was to dismantle this and store the parts carefully for transport to clients new location	Deconstructing the Poly-Tunnel Arranging all the parts in order, ensuring to keep all bolts washers and other small parts. Moved all parts to store under cover and stored in order for ease of reconstruction at clients new location. Repairing Clients Bicycle I am a keen cyclist myself and have the tools and equipment to perform basic maintenance and fitting of some basic parts.	Repairing Clients Bicycle	One Of The Outbuildings To Clear During my time helping a client clear his land for sale, one of my tasks was to completely strip the above outbuilding, as well as several other which can just be seen in this picture. I alos cleared a large garage, sorting all the contents into keep, scrap metal and tip or skip.	Inside the Outbuilding I began by dismantling these dog kennels, loading them onto a trailer and strapping them down. I also took apart two large industrial shelving units, removed all furniture, lights, switches fixtures and fittings so that the client could take all of these with him to the new location.	Assisting Client to Move Up North After clearing the land the client required my assistance with loading up all his possessions and transporting them 3hrs up north to his new home.

Design and Build of Rockery When I first started this project, there was a sloping bed of rocky earth and a few scattered stones.	Design and Build of Rockery Initially I dug out and turned over the earth in order to get a more level surface to work with. client wanted two beds one raised one lower. Layed weed control fabric and pinned in place, supplied and arranged all rocks as seen in photo, also had to split up some larger rocks to complete smaller front border between bed and pavement. The Karcher solution helps to remove some of the more stubborn stains and is completely Eco friendly. Added benefits of pressure washing include increased life of patio i.e. less crumbling/cracking and much safer to walk on in wet or dry!
Filling and covering disused vent Old vent hole for tumble dryer or similar needed to be filled and covered to prevent draught inside house and improve external appearance. One of my top priorities, apart from completing jobs in a timely and professional manner, is to make sure a site is cleaner when I leave than it was when I arrived!! A pet hate of mine is messy tradesmen!	Painting a room for a client repainted room in a house for a client. Client requested grey feature wall with magnolia on other 3 walls	Painting a room for a client the finished article, first cleaned walls with sugar soap, then filled and sanded any cracks and finally two coats of the clients desired paint	Painting a room for a client important to note that generally my painting and decorating is great - my cutting in is a weakness i.e. finishing off between walls and ceiling and walls and skirting as this has to be done freehand without masking tape and my freehand painting require improvement. However my charges are much lower than a professional painter and decorators for exactly this reason. you get what you pay for.
